1. Pre-Order & Advance Payment

  • All Ganpati idols sold on our website are pre-order products.
  • A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm your booking.
  • The advance secures your order and initiates the crafting process.

2. No Refund Policy

Due to the custom-made and perishable nature of our eco-friendly idols:

  • All advance payments are strictly non-refundable.
  • We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once the order is confirmed.

We urge our customers to review all product details and confirm delivery timelines before making the payment.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

We take utmost care in packing and delivering your idols. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos.

Our team will:

  • Assess the issue, and
  • Offer a suitable resolution such as a replacement or store credit (case-by-case basis)

Note: Minor differences in color, size, or design are natural with handcrafted items and not considered damage or defects.

4. Delivery Dates

Delivery delays due to unforeseen logistics or natural factors will not be eligible for refund.

Delivery is scheduled for 24th or 25th August 2025, just before Ganesh Chaturthi.
